haha i'm tired beyond rec0gnition n0w but i still must blog tis d0wn! one of my OG22 peeps(Crystal) wr0te us OGLs a poem! wh0a so touched lahh =)

OG 22 rules

Into NJ we all flew
In whites, yellow, shades of blue
Unfamiliar faces scrutinizing
Fears, uncertainties-agonizing!

Introduction it then began
More admin stuff to be done
Friendship seeds were hard to plant
Day 1 was truly far from fun

Day two wasn’t well-embraced
NJ still felt like a maze
OGLs were quick to render
Friends were made, ties got stronger

Boring then became a foreign word
Sounds of laughter now often heard
Canteen food became our no.1 delight
Bonds were built, friendships took flight

Day 3 was met with much anticipation
Comfortable we were, gone was the tension
Then we faced our next apprehension
To leave our strong 0g22 cohesion

We rode our way to [KAP] that day
Water games we would play
Chilli-licking, guys kissing
Celebrating our love of forfeiting

Four days of OG quickly flew
Here’s the story of tu-tu
Tu-tu had TU Michelles in it
Tan and Tay were confusing to greet

Woo-Couples were rumored
We were all humored
Alex and a certain dancer
Xian Xian and a certain councilor

Matthew was the serious dude
Breaking out of his solitude
Chak was the enthusiast
The one who always cheered the rest

Jamie and her endless talk
Chye seng was our lucky god
Jia Hao was the silent one
In him though we saw potential fun

Talents existed in the midst
Hazel the future pro-artist
Choir girls getting their tunes all right
Ching fei smacking with all his might

This is our OG Twenty TU
30 People making tutu rule
Plus the OGLs that led the pack
Fun and laughter is what you get

Mass dance was cool
Though we danced like fools
Wrong turns and mess created
Encores still being requested

Floor-tapping cheer was our thing
Onto OG 22 we would all cling
Our familiar sanctuary in new lands
The inseparable group of friends

Four days built an OG tutu family
Memories that would render effortlessly
Back into time we cannot venture
Memories are what we have to treasure

If we meet along the corridors
Greet each other with endearing calls
That teleports the mind to familiar days
Og 22 lives on-come what may!
